Swine Flu in N.Z.

Guy, a friend in Wellington, has been quarantined for suspected swine flu exposure. And my sister's friend has been quarantined in Christchurch.

I'm thinking (tongue firmly in cheek) they should now round up, test and quarantine foreigners in Wellington and Christchurch, just to be on the safe side... or would that be racist?
